drove up there past the guard gate the other day. it's nicely elevated over OH2. many attached products and shared driveways though, SFRs will be higher up it seems. a nice view of rattlesnake reservoir from some homes. will definitely command a premium.
hey i just watched that episode of 'friends.'
and what do would you expect in the most asian of plazas in irvine.
this is where the old asians who can't drive hang out (sam woo, 99 ranch).
went to pavilions today. nicely done inside. a lot of people there, ran into a few people we know from school. noticed a poke bowl bar, nice deli, starbucks, but mostly just your usual grocery store. will be nice not to have to head to albertons in NP.
are there any actual 'REAL' sales at macy's? we have been looking at a sectional, and EVERY SINGLE WEEK they say it's on sale with some new promotion (one day sale, memorial day, father's day, friends and family) and it's the same 'sale' price every single weekend. monday it goes back to...
if you buy a toll bros estrella at 5300 sq ft, at mid 2M's, your property tax is around 25K, plus 19K MR.
solid 44K/yr. in the tax bracket the buyer presumably would be in, that's around 85-90K of pretax income. baller. or stupid. not sure which.
verizon is pretty decent in OH. calls are fine with no drops and texts are just a little slower than usual. even get 4G data in certain parts of the house. guests who come over with AT&T and t-mobile generally have no service.
regarding wifi, i use router access points instead of wifi...
i saw echo landscaping doing a job in another part of this community. side of the truck listed an address on bridle path in Capella. must be doing pretty well to nab a 1.4M home.
i agree the rawhide home is overpriced, but is it overupgraded? the interior finishes are not really out of line, and the outdoor kitchen is a pretty standard upgrade for plan 2 with the builder.
i was thinking of putting in a pool and a bbq in my backyard which is about the same size and...
they have preferred third party delivery companies as well. business cards usually at checkout. i've bought items from long beach, coffee table and console table one time, and a round dining table with 4 chairs another time. each time was delivered next day for $130 or so to irvine. so it...
i've personally had better luck at the outlets than the warehouse sale. less damaged pieces and better prices IMO with the current 50% off. downside is that you have to drive somewhere.
1.5kW will reduce your bill but not cover all your power. for a 3400sqft home you'll probably need to max it out to the 5kW system they offer.
in socal a 5kW system will probably generate on average about 7500-8000kWh per year. you'll need to look at your monthly kWh usage each month on the...
that's pretty scary. i have yet to start my landscaping in OH and who knows what you are going to get when you pick a contractor. sounds like you did your homework and you still ended up in a bad situation.
