verizon is pretty decent in OH.  calls are fine with no drops and texts are just a little slower than usual.  even get 4G data in certain parts of the house.  guests who come over with AT&T and t-mobile generally have no service. regarding wifi, i use router access points instead of wifi...

i saw echo landscaping doing a job in another part of this community.  side of the truck listed an address on bridle path in Capella.  must be doing pretty well to nab a 1.4M home.
