The rooftop deck is a nice concept, but if you look at the Ellwood community map, those models are all centered in the middle back to back so when you're up there your deck is pretty much up against the other decks. It won't feel as private when they're built out.

Everything in Stonegate looks the same from the $1M+ to the detached condos. Its not good for Stonegate to be next to PP or BP. People in Stonegate will realize how TIC has pulled the wool over their eyes.

Just go for Hidden Canyon and be done. Its only a little more on top of a little more. lol

You can always upgrade later in life when you get tired of the existing kitchen. It'll also make you love the house again once it becomes old. Also keep in mind, the area your buying. If everyone is opting for upgrades, then when it comes to resale you'll want to be in-line with the community.

whats the standard tile usually? Is it the 12x12 or are they now 12x24?
