You might want to put out a few of those roach motels or sticky pads. These will not get rid of roaches, but act as a meter to determine the level of infestation. If you catch a few each day consistenly for a week, then you might want to bait. DO NOT spray. It causes them to move their nest...

The light brown (length of a quarter) sounds like its a german roach. Which means, if you see one or two may not indicate an infestation, however, if you start to see them in the day time or it starts to smell like an old house, then you have a serious problem. Do you have any leaks anywhere...

Went to an open house, zero lot line, noticed neighbor's house had some holes in their stucco wall. Found out the owner's kids would try and drill holes into the wall just for fun. Wonder if that was part of the reason they decided to sell before neighbor's find out  >:(

Can't wait to see Eastwood. Thought Stonegate was too close to the landfill entrance, CV too close to freeway, and OH too much of a premium, so hoping Eastwood will have some decent pricing and location is decent.

Nice Sqft for just 2 bdrms on the 6x & 7x. Looks like TIC is now targeting the lower end market, which is smart since there aren't a lot of options for first time buyers wanting new.

Glad to hear TUSD is stepping up. I think they have great schools near the north park and Tustin ranch areas. Hopefully the new schools will continue to improve its image. Sounds like buyers believe there's future equity in the schools.
