I agree, the plan 1 model has no yard either. I feel like that plan 1 model will be a tough resale  :-\

I agree, the pictures don't show well. Living spaces look small. Do you know if they're still selling the models? I drove past the community and noticed the "models" signage is still up.

@ Paris...did they sell the Plan 1 model? I drove by today and noticed they took out the for sale sign in front. Also noticed they removed the big Capella sign in front of the neighborhood entrance.

The road was built for the grand opening of OH. The grass field was the temp parking lot. Shuttles were parked at the resort to take visitors to each homesite.

It's the renters within Strada and Terrazza. I don't think the nearby apt residents come over much.

This is the Pool inside Strada. From what I hear it's the renters who didn't get fobs and FCB who think the lock is a hassle.

Whole house fans seem overrated. Depending on comfort level, if temps outside at night remain uncomfortable, then all you're doing is pulling in hot air from the outside. Typically, if its cool enough outside, just by opening up the windows I get a nice breeze, without a whole house fan. Attic...
