I went to Tustin Legacy Club House preview today and toured Huntley.  The interior of these houses are nice, good layout.  The great rooms on Plan 2 & 3 are even comparable in size to Stafford.  I like Plan 2 the most.  If only they have one additional bedroom/office.  They do have the option...

I think these homes will sell well.  They are beautiful, built with high quality and IMHO they are priced fairly.  Of course I would have liked the price to be lower and the 40Y MR is really hard to swallow.  The location actually works for us because I have to commute to North OC everyday on...

I find the exterior of Huntley model homes (2 out of 3, 1 was decent) to be unattractive. They are kinda plain and narrow especially since they are located adjacent to Stafford wide and beautiful homes.  My personal opinion of course.  Disclaimer: I do not work for any builder. 

Are your kids going to be in private school even if you buy in Irvine?  If so then you are throwing away money either way.

How does the fake front door in Plan 1 work?  If someone rings the door then you have no choice but to step out of the house to check.  By then it's too late to pretend that you are not home.

I've had it both ways.  In CA Property Management Agreement (C.A.R. Form PMA) there is an option for Security deposit to be 1. deposited to owner 2. placed in broker's trust account so either way is legal.

Torrey has 10' ceiling on first floor.  I haven't really looked at the details after seeing the high price + MR combo.
