Garage Experts is currently in my garage installing the flooring. Final base cost for coating was $1550 (for my ~450 sqft), but we wanted a premium chip which cost $50 more, so we're paying $1600. We are having a single 6'x3' rack installed in the ceiling for an additional $275.
