I want to try to add a comment to the post on the November 2006 piece on the house at 29 Shade Tree at the bottom of Turtle Ridge. The house is still for sale, with the price lowered to 1,099,000.

Interesting. 29 Shade Tree in Turtle Ridge sold for $1.010 million in May 2005. It is now for sale for 1.099 million. What do you sages think?

Anyone have any comments on these? I'm not sure if I'm crazy about the big combo living dining room in the front of the house. But these houses are quite a bit cheaper than the Westbourne houses (although they are bigger).
