Why do homebuilders have such high margins?

Also try Brindisi in Irvine (Travila in Tustin Ranch). there is a 3/3 model detached 1300 sq ft I'm guessing going for around 600-650. there is a full downstairs bed/bath sorry, the plans are all rushing back into my brain at sporadic moments

Why do homebuilders have such high margins?

Also for downstairs bathrooms try Plan H or I in Westpark Tiempo. They might be too small for you though (1080 for H and 1250 for I)

Why do homebuilders have such high margins?

AHA! this is plan 3 of Sheridan Place (or Meriwether in Columbus Grove). Love this model! The floorplan should be on the website. The living room is two stories high and ditto on the lower bed/bath. i seen recent transactions for 600-650. i can afford like half of that but that's...

    Lowballing Offers

sweet. while i dream of the day i can offer 50% less without being laughed at, 15-25% is quite a big chunk already. so that's like offering 800000 on a one million home or 400000 on a 500000 home not great, but it's alot easier on peace of mind!

    Affordability

i like crucialtaunts response too. i'm sure everybody has other things in life to pay for other than a block of wood and steel! :) and momopi, i am not including down payment (which is why in my results, the down payment was just addended to the sum) since everybody has varying amounts...

    Affordability

Villages of Columbus - Columbus Grove - Savannah

hey IRVINEEEEEEE congrats on your new home. I liked Plan 2 and also Plan 3, but Plan 2 was the more realistic one. also, one thing i'm sure you are aware of, but if you weren't then now you do, is that your garage faces outside the motor court. i'm not a big fan of motor courts, mainly...
