i figured the 1/1's go from 1200-1500. the 2/2's go from 1500-1900. this is based on researching some of the apt complexes out there.
so i figure i splurge just a tiny bit so i can carry my groceries right into the kitchen!
well, what i'll say is that it's 2 bed 2.5 bath 2 car atached garage with driveway and backyard and i'm paying 2000. not good but not bad. i can't do 3000 at all
i wanted to buy in AH years ago. one weekend during the fires i drove 91 east. It looked like I was driving through hell. kinda cool and creepy at the same time (especially with the smell of ash)
that would definitely be interesting to see. not particularly a fan of plan 5 or 6, but would be cool for reference for anybody wanting to live here but can't buy
question, have these units started being rented out yet? is there a minimum "you can't rent for x months" clause? if so, how much would these units be going for?
Lantana is ok. i would call their floorplans in my book, "inoffensive". Which is a thumbs up!
i don't remember them right now maybe when i go home i'll look and critique
That's weird
Question, why would a homebuilder build attached units 2000+ sq ft? Who is the market they're trying to sell to? A good question is this: why wouldn't you take your 800k and get a smaller detached?
oh i was talkin about your model in savannah
i really liked plan 3 in kensington court, but there's no way in hell i'm buying an attached for 800k. what is this, new york city?!?! ;)
yeah i like any model with the LDK format. not good to hide the kitchen from the rest of the house, it's not like you're brewing narcotics in there!
window seats are definitely a luxury that all new homes should include (probably only takes up 10 sq ft max)
i like units where you're entirely above your own garage. i think new home builders have realized that.
also i do like upper living spaces, a bit more private. (ie your model)
because i am picky and the models i truly like are 600k+. Which I can't pay for.
also, i work in south OC and my family is from north OC, so i have a constant debate in my head of where i REALLY want to live.
mentally i'm in no capacity to buy ;)
yeah i can see it both ways
i used to live in a upper condo above neighbors. thanks to good fortune, the neighbors below me was a nice old lady who lived by herself.
also i think the newer construction is better since they prob seal off garage noise
