I agree.  We got the plan 1 and how it is set up (in the model) the light from the bathroom would disturb any body sleeping in the bed.  My wife was thinking of adding a pocket door after the fact though I'm not sure how hard that is to do

On the homesite information exhibit there is an area labeled "easement in favor of Southern California Edison."  The shaded region is on both sides of the house and 6 feet deep into the front yard.  What is this area for?

Also, what did people due with the standard carpet in the bathrooms.  That seems very out of place for Califonia.

The the absolute portion of 1.9% tax is equivalent to the other properties in woodbury which cost more.  The lower the cost of the home the greater the mellroos appears (even though it is a flat rate).  Last I heard, the mello roos for some of the properties in woodbury was about 40 years.

you have to prequalify for each property separately.  Even though BOA does most of the approvals it is usually a different office for each builder. 

I just checked my paperwork.  After phase 9 is the Buildout for carmel.  They will probably be sold out by the end of July.

One week after releasing phase 8, carmel will release phase 9

What was the 2K credit for?  Do they give that after you spend a certain amount on upgrades

Unfortunately the motorcourt is just another example of how TIC is hearding people into tighter living situations.  The suburban dream used to be a nice fence (not a wall) and a lawn/backyard to call one's own.  In time this overcrowding of the suburbs is going to cost Irvine it's glory - though...
