Some built ins do cost that much.  All of the very high end lines (Sub-Zero, Viking etc.) have a price floor.  That is what I've been told.  They don't allow retailers to sell below a certain price point. 

Has anyone used Lending Tree?  I was about to sign up for that but then it wanted to do a "soft" inquiry on my credit and I got freaked out. Also, has anyone heard of Nations Choice Mortgage?  I found them on bankrate.com

Hello, Longtime lurker here.  I just wanted to say Hi and that I'll be a fellow neighbor.  We ended up with a Plan 3!  Although, most of you have pointed out the undesirables, the home itself suits us for what we need.  Hope to see some of you in the neighborhood. Take care Anna
