Oh.. I was all excited about the southern part before I found out it was custom lots!  I wasn't too thrilled about the northern part of Laguna Crossing when I first learned about it a year or 2 back.

I thought there was a north and south part to Laguna Crossing. 

Remember to add in the 4-5 foot greenbelt, then the 3-4 ft sidewalk and then you can determine where the driveway might start.

Where were the 'hoods going to be?  I thought north/south enclaves were being built out.

Does anyone know where to go for snow play?  Does Mt. Baldy have a free snow play area?  We want to take our kids just to experience some snow.  We won't be going tubing or anything like that.

On our bill, the current owner is still listed as the Builder.  Is that normal?  We closed escrow in July.  This is for new home construction

How big are the Toscana residences?

I was thinking of this and see it on Craigslist.  What questions does Dland ask though?  I thought they ask specifics like "when did you go" etc.  And they ask all these questions to make sure you didnt buy them off of resale.

Are all preschools eligible for this?  It's open enrollment time and our 2 yr old will be attending pre-school next year.  I wanted to ask if there were any special requirements that a preschool/day care had to be in order to qualify for this.

I forgot to mention this but it doesn't have to be you that gets the insurance.  You can have a friend who is attending your event get the insurance for you as well.  They don't care where the insurance comes from.

Woodbury requires the same thing.  I had a friend rent out the facilities there.  They required 1,000,000 worth of coverage.  My friend had State Farm insurance and they were able to do it.  Not all insurance does it as you stated.

Does anyone know how to get discounted annual passes? Or where I can buy it for less than face value?

You should add an option for 2nd sink in island.  That's what I would choose.
