Same thing happened to me a few months ago. Used a green bottle of Draino, worked as advertised. Had to do it twice though, which used up the entire bottle. Thanks for sharing. Shall try the black bottle next time (hopefully not).

For those that plan to stop by on April 9th for the opening, I think all 4 neighborhoods are opening that day. The Maricopa sales said it's going to be chaotic. They're going to have shuttles bringing people from other lots, streets and model homes will be packed with people. Could be difficult...

Stopped by to see Maricopa on Saturday. One of the plan 2 lot was "reserved" for one the pre-qualified candidates. Don't think it's sold but also don't think it's available anymore unless the interested party backs out. I remember seeing 2-3 with the reserved sign on the lot map. Got to see...

For electrical, mechanical, and computer science, a lot go into aerospace (as I did right when I graduated), in El Segundo/Manhattan Beach. Other companies in Irvine recruit as well but aerospace and Silicon Valley companies (like Cisco and Intel) always had more presence at those job fairs.

I had faced a similar decision as you are now when I was picking school (between all the UCs from Riverside to Berkely). Decided on UCLA (hence my user name  :D and finished in electrical engineering. Thinking about going back for a master (non-engineering) but we shall see. Community college...

Haha, good suggestion. I wish I had discovered this forum sooner. My experience with my agent is a rather interesting one..... I guess my question wasn't for monetary gain but more for things I should look out for, right questions I should ask and anything I could benefit from going with an agent.

I would love to wait it out and see if anything changes, but I don't know if I can wait any longer......uuuuh. Is there a point in going to see brand new homes with an agent or not really?

Agreed. I too prefer the den to be used as an office and/or music room. Would like to see how big the great room really is, from the picture, it looked a little small?
