Not really sure.....I think they'd be ok as long as they don't get beat up by the sprinklers directly. I see them get wet, but they still work. Maybe just get 1 first and experiment?

    Backyard lighting

Not a problem. Sorry it took me forever to come up with the pics. Got them from Bed Bath and Beyong for $2.99 each. Very affordable considering how much the competitors are sold for at Target or Home Depot. I've only had those for a few months and did have to replace some. I put some in the...

    Backyard lighting

Sorry Homer, been getting home late, haven't had a chance to take the pic. Tripod is needed because it'd be too dim without flash for point and shoot. My pomegranate tree is bearing fruits left and right, don't know what to do...... Anyway, haven't forgotten about this. Will get to it soon.

I will bust out the tripod and take a pic for you. Give me a day or 2. Please remind me if I forget.

Check Bed Bath & Beyond. I shopped around before I bought mine. BB&B actually sells them for $2.99 each. It's much cheaper than the ones from Costco or Home Depot but it is smaller. Since I just wanted it for accent lighting, not illumination, they worked fine for me. I think it's worth it...

    Laguna Altura feng shui

Loved that movie. The girl friend did not. I could be biased because I will watch anything Matt Damon is in. He's always running because he plays that role well (being chased, not playing by the rules, but somehow gets out of it because he is Matt Damon and Matt Damon is persistent). Velbon...

Good thing I'm not a Feng Shui master. The rest, I leave in the hands of the Adjustment Bureau.

    Laguna Altura feng shui

I don't think it's his day job but I believe he has 2 Ph. D. from Cornell or Columbia (not sure). In theology and something else. Haven't met him myself but I know he is not cheap. The things he says does make sense, especially if you're in to Feng Shui. I, however, am not. He's seen a few of...

    Laguna Altura feng shui

A friend of mine shopping for houses has a Feng Shui master that he uses. If anyone's interested, feel free to PM. He gives interesting info. But I don't really buy too much into it.

How to help a friend... say something or shut up?

Unfortunately your friend will always have her partner in crime to fall back on, who probably not only enables the habit but encourages it. I agree that whatever you do, it must be direct and in person. But I think the fix will require actions from both the husband and the wife. It doesn't sound...

    Painter needed

Orlando's prices are very competitive. I shopped around before going with them. My friends cannot believe the price I got for repainting majority of the house. Like others have said, very nice people to work with. They seem to actually enjoy what they do.

Bona hardwood floor cleaner and polish

Does anyone use Bona's hardwood cleaner and polish? Is it normal for the cleaner to remove the polish? I find it kind of odd. Bona's rep wasn't of much help.
