    Ciara isn't overpriced. It is cheaper for that square footage than the other Irvine houses. And Columbus Square is close to the train tracks along with Red Hill, NOT Ciara.

    Wow ! 750 homes. From that map it looks like it will be located directly adjacent to part of Quail Hill. It looks like when that is built the hills will not divide Quail Hill and Laguna Hills. It looks like this community will now bring Irvine directly next to that area.
