One thing we really like was the way they did their backyards.  It was very spacious as well.  I think their release date was horrible.  Japan and Libya isn't making the stock market do too well.

Quite honestly Sonoma was better.

I've said this before, you had to pre qualify to buy the 2010 collection.  The Irvine Company knows how rich their potential clientele base is.  This is very valuable information to them.  Looks like you will have to do the same with their 2011 Collection.
