    Key word is SOMETIMES.  Do you really want to pay so much money for that uncertainty?  If you like USC, then I am happy for you.  I hope that you all your kids go to that school.  I just hope you start saving your $$$.  Chances are if you live in Irvine, your kids may not qualify for financial aid.

    Have you not noticed all the USC flags that people put on their houses?  It's like I get it, you paid a lot for your education and you value USC because of it.  Also, I don't remember seeing a UCLA store at South Coast.  The alumni is great if you are white and join a Fraternity.  More added...

    I say buy now if you cab afford it.  It's in a Uni high school district.  That alone will keep the real estate price high.

    Not according to their latest 10k balance sheet.  Plus you failed to mention they almost have 1.6 billion in inventory and 126 million in receivables. I think they will be fine.

    Massage Therapy

    Definitely is a competitive industry to make a living.  Take me for example,  I used to pay over $100 each time I went to Burke Wiliiams.  Then I went to Korean spas for like $70.  Now I go to Chinese foot and massage places for $15 and come out very satisfied.
