The only reason I know this is because when I purchased my home, I got two different toilets. One Kohler toilet that works well and the Sterling toilet that does not work well. I didn't understand why they would use a different toilet other than to save money and to justify it being for kids...

Did you guys hear the helicopters this morning? There were two fatalities on the 5 freeway at the Culver ext. I saw 4 helicopters, one super close to our community. Those chopper blades are loud! Add that to the train that blares its horn at all hours of the night!

This backyard is even smaller because the owner opted for the conservatory which expands into your backyard space. If you opt to not get it then your backyard isn't as tight as this one. Most FCBs would rather add square footage to their home then be in the backyard getting some sun.
