I mounted a 65 with the help of my gf. We needed the neighbor to help out when we went to lift the tv and latch it on. Other than that, it wasn't too bad.

Drywall nail pops on new construction homes

I have bumps in my stucco and Im starting to see lines that look carved into the wall. I am assuming these are from the home still settling. I asked IP to address it.

Installing 4 in-ceiling speakers for Atmos soon through Best Buy Magnolia and was wondering if anyone had sound dampening enclosures installed as well? I did some research and came across this as an option on Amazon...

Those homeowners probably don't have a clue on how to decorate and what upgrades to get. House looks pretty stock inside.

Loss of Power to Garage Door LiftMaster & Heat/AC Control Units (1st/2nd Floor)

My landscapers are still working on my project. I have two guesses to what caused them to trip my breakers. Either it was when they connected their wiring to my existing wires. Or it was when they ran something on an outlet, like their cement mixer or one of their tools. I was there on another...

Loss of Power to Garage Door LiftMaster & Heat/AC Control Units (1st/2nd Floor)

Just to close this topic. The switch that needed to be turned off and back on was the one labeled F.A.U. and G.D.O. Not sure what those acronyms stand for. Is GDO, garage door? Also, I set up a mouse trap and removed the concrete blocking i put in the corner of my garage and this morning there...

Loss of Power to Garage Door LiftMaster & Heat/AC Control Units (1st/2nd Floor)

I just got word that you have to flip the AC and furnace breaker off and back on if it trips. I will try that. I think that might be the fix! Thanks everyone!

Loss of Power to Garage Door LiftMaster & Heat/AC Control Units (1st/2nd Floor)

I did try hitting the test button on the outlet that the LiftMaster is connected to and it doesnt make the led turn red. On my other outlets, when I hit the test switch the light turns red. Then when I hit reset it clicks and I hear some current buzzing. This made me believe that the switch is...

Loss of Power to Garage Door LiftMaster & Heat/AC Control Units (1st/2nd Floor)

I did check the fuse box last night and flipped the garage switch (labeled G) off and back on. Nothing else looked like it had been touched.

Loss of Power to Garage Door LiftMaster & Heat/AC Control Units (1st/2nd Floor)

Just reaching out to this forum to see if anyone else has had this issue and if they have any potential solutions? The outlet to which my garage LiftMaster is connected to died yesterday. My LiftMaster is running on battery power right now and is very weak. My heating and AC control units...

    crown moulding recommendations

Never made sense to me. Why wouldn't they paint before install. Then just do a spot treatment on any nail holes. Usually they use putty to fill in the hole and just a dab of paint on it. Painting before installation gets a clean paint job vs spraying after it is installed. Also if they pre-paint...

Another thing I noticed about these "crappy" Kohler toilet designs. When the bowl area is not deep enough, there is splash back from the standing pee position which then requires me to pretty much wipe the rim of toilet every single time. Can't wait to swap it out one day. Will definitely go for...

Could of used an extra 2 feet on the side of the house where the gate is. The trash cans barely fit and a big person would have trouble walking through since they also put the A/C unit over there. Poor planning for sure.

Yup inside my garage. So where would they be hiding out at? I doubt a rabbit could get in. More likely a mouse. My side walls in the garage are pretty high up. I have to put out some traps.

I have noticed little black pellets in the garage and outside. I also saw a bunch of berries gathered in a corner in my backyard. Are the pellets from rats/mice? I've seen rabbits running around but no mice.. at least in person. I had a black widow infestation in my backyard and had to cave in...

Didn't know about the extension lot. Which homes are part of that? That is a bit annoying. How much extra do you think they up charged for that? Why can't they just have bigger lots in general. A few extra feet for everyone... sigh.
