It's tough to get house cleaner and even gardener recs on TI, I recommend asking your friends/neighbors. If you can't get a rec from people you know, for house cleaners, I would probably recommend going with a name service so you have some protection from damage and can manage...

We got quotes from a few vendors. We ended up doing a partial resleeve for the affected area but will eventually repipe. If we did repipe it would be PEX. I think the quotes ranged over $10k.

Cybertruck sales in trouble. They've exhausted their preorder list... have lowered pricing and leases... and have paused production.
