All it told me was "Yes, the Assessor will review this property this year". Still have to wait till July to see how much, if any, they will drop it

Talked to the hubby who is a city planner. It all depends on their definition of a fence. Typically its no permit if its wood fence but you do need it if its brick/concrete wall, so I would call Irvine to double check.

You don't need a permit in Irvine because they know that the HOA will be plenty strict. %-P

I know they used to say a credit score over 700 was very good. Now that the credit market has gotten tighter what do they consider to be an excellent credit score?
