Does anyone know when the first wave of settlers will be moving into Carmel/Montecito/Sonoma?

Do any of you have any recommendations for home/car insurance?  I'm shopping around for some quotes now.  I currently use Ameriprise.

Friend of mine told me that they have sold all of their homes.  There was 1 plan 3 left, but it was essentially sold because they are just waiting to sign the contract.  Also, they are applying to build 20+ more homes on the defunct Prado lots.

I heard Montecito has sold out of the last phase.

As an option, the builders usually provide an option for whole house insulation.  Does this help reduce sound between rooms?  I can imagine it helps a little but is it great enough to justify the cost?

I stopped in on Friday and all of phase 3 were sold. I spoke with the agent there and she said they were all accounted for.
