    I bought a 10 pound rib roast from Costco. Dry aged in the fridge for 3 days per Alton Brown and rubbed with rosemary roast rub. Baked to inner temp of 140, medium - medium rare. Absolutely delicious. Thanks guys, and Happy Thanksgiving!
