IR, I'm thinking before i'm typing here, but can your own LLC within the self-direct IRA be the beneficiary on the deed of trust acting as the lender to your primary residence? I guess the benefit would be an indirect ability to contribute beyond the annual limit. Trying to think of why this...

Thanks for the reality check. I agree that there are two sides to any story, but I think our frustration is founded in that the story of environmental contamination at the great park and it's possible effects on past and future residents hasn't really been investigated by the local news outlets...

IR, who are you to post information that contradicts the vision of Irvine's Great Park? If it weren't for bears like you Lennar would have already had homes built out there, I would have bought one, and therefore have been entitled to my share of a large settlement in the ensuing class action...

Never understood why builders always touted California as a high barrier market. There are so many redevelopment areas with their own EIR's, entitlement approval was almost always guaranteed resulting in the excess supply of units.
