    Recent Influx of Noobs

As a long time lurker on this blog, i've noticed a bunch of new faces/avatars posting on the forum. Is this indicative of a new blood / fresh meat entering the market?

    Future of Irvine Villages??????????

Hey, stop creating new threads and stop asking questions that have already been answered. Do a search and read through all the information that's been posted many times over. Also, one question mark will do. Two is permissible but discouraged.

    Cityplace in Santa Ana

kim_eric, buy the home, it's at a low price right now and it will probably go up. Also, it's a good place to start a yogurtland or something. We need more of those. Easy money.

    Your favorite 'Tard-speak nugget.

IR, I'm thinking before i'm typing here, but can your own LLC within the self-direct IRA be the beneficiary on the deed of trust acting as the lender to your primary residence? I guess the benefit would be an indirect ability to contribute beyond the annual limit. Trying to think of why this...

Navy Sealed El Toro Wells Without Thorough Inspection

Thanks for the reality check. I agree that there are two sides to any story, but I think our frustration is founded in that the story of environmental contamination at the great park and it's possible effects on past and future residents hasn't really been investigated by the local news outlets...

Navy Sealed El Toro Wells Without Thorough Inspection

IR, who are you to post information that contradicts the vision of Irvine's Great Park? If it weren't for bears like you Lennar would have already had homes built out there, I would have bought one, and therefore have been entitled to my share of a large settlement in the ensuing class action...

Irvine?s Central Park West on hold until market turns

http://www.calculatedriskblog.com/2009/05/mothballed-condo-project-in-irvine-ca.html CR posted a video on CPW today. I had always been convinced that this project would be sold to capital investor or REIT as an apartment community but that doesn't seem likely at this point due to excess...

    Stadium Lofts

Never understood why builders always touted California as a high barrier market. There are so many redevelopment areas with their own EIR's, entitlement approval was almost always guaranteed resulting in the excess supply of units.

Quality of life in Irvine vs. Tustin Ranch

Sure, i'll play by the rules and i'll apologize and take down the post, but it was an honest question. I've noticed he/she posts fairly often. Furthermore, no one "regular" responds to the numerous posts. I was just curious if it was someone trying to hijack a thread.

Mid-Upper level Gated community home - instead of selling/leasing - thinking of renting it out as a short term vacation rental

IHB Fan, my answer to your questions "how would it feel to be a neighbor to this house?" is that I would be ticked off and i'd try to report you to the police. But when i realize that the police won't actually do anything and that i'd have to actually go to city hall and find the right person...
