It's definitely something new for us.  The water doesn't take that long to heat up.  At the furthest point there is a botton to push to heat up first then turn on the water so it's not just using running water to get it heat up.

Congrats Steve. As far as owner's title policy, I thought we have some kind of title policy when we did our loan.  I think that's a policy for the lenders.  Not sure if it's needed as this is a new home and shouldn't have an issue with title.

Montecito plan 2 because of the bedroom.  Hack, I would even say Montecito Plan 1 over Sonoma because of the Den.  It's just me though.  For me it's the bedroom/den.

Really?  He mentioned about having a curb for parking.  So that would include the 4br detached condos such as Stonetree, Cashette etc...  Remember some 4BR detached condo are actually 3 + Den (no closet), so that's how they get away with it.  Any other project that  you can think of that...

Also, WBE's mello roos is bought down to be lower than WB I believe. I am also not a big fan of down stairs masters.  However this floor plan almost got a BK approved stamp on it.  The reason being "almost"?  You can see the bed in the master bedroom from the kitchen.

Yes they are detached, zero lot lines, with motorcourts and no drive way.  All plan 2s are in the front of the pack facing the street, plan 1 are in the middle facing the motorcourt and plan 3 are in the back facing the motorcourt, and maybe back to Sand Canyon depending on location.
