I don't think so.  The walls are for the backyards, and to the right of the map, it's Regal and cross stree Keystone.  That's an another entrance to Woodbury off of Trabuco.  So there won't be any inlets into MII from that side.  The rest of the community is just off of Great Lawn and Twin Gables.
