Let me throw a conspiracy theory out there...  Could the "guest" builder program caused the lower quality?  Since TIC is driving the bus, and if you looked at the 2010 collection and beyond, to me they somehow share a theme.  Like the same road signs, floor plan and designs, shared materials...

I think there may be mis-understanding here.  What you described is a 10/1 IO arm.  I think what the person is trying to say is the IO payment is for the first 10 years, then the payment will change to PI and it's amortized to 20 years.  So your payment shock is high. In any case, I still don't...
