It does seem that everywhere in Irvine has ants. I've battled them over the years. I'd venture to say that the stores that sell ant spray do pretty well here in Irvine.

Well bk that seemed a little too much... uh... stereotyping. But I do agree that reading this saga is something that a lot of others selling their homes should probably read; they could learn a lot about things they could improve in order to make their home more desirable to a buyer.

I agree, I think that there are still a lot of places falling out of escrow nowadays. I hear people at the office talking about trying to buy or sell, or hear from friends I know that are hearing that as well...

The City of Irvine is always putting out community class brochures, maybe sign up for an art class or something. I agree with the hiking clubs, there's lots of stuff going on and plenty of places to go around...
