Picked up the three yesterday. I'm blown away by the quality, more german than californian startup rushing to hit 5k a week. No issues with mine so far, and a dream to drive. Way better than I was expecting. The hype is real.

I thought the same about autonomous, until I actually tried it. It's really great, way better than I was expecting based on youtube videos and forum posts. Got back to my normal car and was like, this darn thing won't stay in the lines!

But those hubcaps are functional, give you 5-10% more range ;) Wheels look decent when you have them off.

I actually found the experience way worse than the dealer, you can't get ahold of anyone over there! Dealer at least answers when  you call. I think they ramped up to 5,000 a week while keeping or cutting the number of inside sales staff.

If you are a day 1, you'll probably get it really quickly.

It actually happened while driving in a starbucks parking lot. Turned out a batch of pistons was machined out of spec from the factory, and it shredded one of my rod bearings.

What config did you order? RWD are being delivered in 3-6 weeks. AWD haven't started delivery yet, somewhere between 2-3 months estimated for new orders. There is a pretty big queue of AWD orders still, but they've mostly worked through the queue of RWD LR orders in north america...

Weird bunch of issues, I'll report back with my experience. My luck isn't great, my last new car, Subaru,  blew up its engine after a few thousand miles.

Yeah it is 7500 until Dec 31. Afterwards, 3750 for two more quarters, then halves again for two more, then is gone.

After a few years of waiting Tesla gave me a call today. The car is ready to pickup in Costa Mesa on Sunday. Pls stay solvent untill my warranty is up  ;)
