    Not trying to get more. Recent death in the family has caused a change of circumstances. So at this point don't really want to go through with the transaction. Home inspection already occurred and we are waiting for a report from the inspector but at this time we don't expect anything...

    We had our house on the market and got an offer. We were going to rent but the situation has changed and we no longer want to sell the house. We entered escrow about a week ago. Is there anything we can do terminate the escrow?
