We found!!  We switched two circuit breakers ... FAV and PORCH Lights and it dropped us from 0.94 to 0.30 kW an hour. We are narrowing down the final culprit. Seems like solar is no longer necessary at this rate anymore. Edison is also off the hook too.  Poor Edison.

Nah, not a tool issue.  It's the same problem Qwerty ran into.  Some of those studs just isn't drillable.  They're solid as a rock.
