Hello All, I was driving on Driving on Sand Cany towards Portola and noticed in the mountains(little far away) saw some machines at work. That side of mountains looks either it is being cleared to make room for something or to stop land slides? Just curious what it is :)

Any one knows where Portola High school will stand compared to other High schools. It would be brand new so can one imagine it would have state of the art facilities, hence maybe it would be one of the best? Or maybe not What about it's location being v close to Lake forest

Well. We don't really like old ones specialy made in 70s. Resales r not any cheaper. And with all new constructions going on, I'm feeling come next few years new constructions will hold much better than old ones. I could b wrong lol

My friend lives in CV, and he told me he has to deal with train noise as well on top of freeway. That is a huge draw back of CV , specially very close proximity to freeway and train. Portola Springs is nice. Luna is very close to million dollar homes ( Lambert Ranch, Quintera, great park etc)...
