PS is very nice and clean. Brand new elem school is awesome. BP is good, but little expensive, lot more options.

Hello All, Need help. Is there any way to check value of our house, we bought brand new in 2014 and trying to see if LTV has gone upto 80% so we could get rid of PMI. I would hate to pay appraisal fee just to know it's still under 80%. where can I find compareables to my house? Thanks

We are in PS from last 1 year or so, I was concerned when we were planning to move here, but i am pleasantly surprised , landfill is not an issue at all.  We go for walk a lot in the beautiful walking trails, around the lovely landscape in PS and in hills, I havent even once smelled anything...

In my opinion it would create a positive impact. All things equal, it would also have positive impact on home values. Anyone who doesn't agree?
