    In OH Groves, there's basically no sense of community yet. Hoping it will develop over time. Neighbors keep to themselves, but so do we. Used to complain about how dense it was in Woodbury, but I do miss how quickly we made friends in the neighborhood there.

    Median income in Torrance: 70K Median home value: 700K Median income in Plano: 90K Median home value: 300K I'd probably do the move. The northern suburbs of Dallas are arguably a lot nicer than South Bay of LA unless you're living in PV.
