Can you connect a splitter to have the phone base + fax machine connect directly to the Ooma Telo Air?  I don't know if I need to buy the Linx just so I can have phone and fax connect to it.  Will the cheaper Telo Air suffice?  I know there is only one jack that connects to the Telo.

Any recommendations for custom drapes?  We have close to 112" drapes that we need.  Appreciate any insight on vendors you have worked with.

I have heard of place like CA Moulding and Art of Moulding that does pre-painted wainscoting and moulding.  Does anyone have pros or cons of that?  Most people get them painted after they are installed.  HOwever, that is a hassle and I don't know if I would like paint spray getting everywhere...

There is a "steam cycle" yes.  I never used it before. Would you replace all the hoses if only 3 years old?  I thought these stainless steel fill hoses are lifetime?  Drain hose looks beat up so that is the only one that probably needs replacing.  Not sure if I can reuse gas connector for dryer...

Does it matter if they are GFI plugs? Gotta verify but dont think they are.

There are standard 3 prong 110 volt plugs in my garage. Will those suffice to plug in a fridge in the garage? Or do you need electrician to install a circuit or something else? I think the plug in the kitchen for the fridge is just a standard 3 prong 110 volt plug. So should be the same...

The tile is existing and hardwood is new. Would they have to completely reinstall the tile to align with the new hardwood or is there another way?

So if you have the Linx, you can connect a fax wirelessly to it? Don't you still need to hardwire the phone line from the fax machine to the ooma?

Is there an option not to have moulding where the hardwood floor meets the tile? Can they just bring the hardwood to the tile directly? Moulding looks ugly so think it would look cleaner without it.

I am not sure if NP gates are open all the time.  I doubt you can just walk past the guard on the pedestrian.  You probably will need some sort of key fob.  Does anyone know?

Do you guys know if the process for setting/installing marble flooring is different than porcelain flooring?  A vendor we looking at says the installation costs more for marble because it is a different and lengthier process than installing porcelain.
