Capella has had the worst appreciation out of the entire community. So many on MLS and some are still in the 1.3m price points which isn't far from where they started before. Saviero and Vicenza hasn't really appreciated either. Amelia on the other hand started at 1.9m and now sells for 2.5m...

I currently have a samsung phone and Verizon reception is terrible.  Anyone in OH have iphone with Verizon? Wondering if hardware matters or if I should just go ATT.  Anyone use ATT in the hills have good reception?

Thanks for the advice. Capella owners.  Are the dual AC control panels flipped? For the downstairs control panel, it regulates air upstairs. For the upstairs control panel located in the master bedroom, it regulates air downstairs. Almost backwards isn't it?

We went with Cabinets Plus for garage storage and master closet.  The price was cheaper and the quality is so so.  When I saw the cabinets for Premier Garages, I couldn't really tell the difference between theirs and Cabinets Plus.

Seems awkward to me but the AC control panel downstairs turns on air for upstairs and the AC control panel upstairs turns on air for downstairs.  It's like backwards. Dual zone are flipped.  Shouldn't downstairs turn on downstairs and upstairs turn on upstairs?

Does anyone have a built-in grille?  Will the standard lots accomodate with setback regulations?

I think Capella just didn't utilize the space very well.  We recently just saw Lafayette in Stonegate.  The largest plan 3 was a little smaller than Capella at 2800 sq ft.  You have the option of adding sliding doors upstairs to the loft so it becomes an office/den.  In addition to 4 bedrooms...

I never understood how these 3000-3200 sq ft homes are only 4 bedrooms.  They should have made 5th bedroom option somewhere.  Where'd all the space go, as their lofts aren't huge?

Strada plan 3 is at $1.2m now?  I remember it was under $1.1m when it debut.

ATT also charges another $7 extra per month because they said you have to use their Gatewway modem/router.  They said you cannot use your own. What the heck?  Anyone using ATT Uverse can justify the $72/month ?

No, not connected directly to router, it was wireless.
