    Maybe people don?t like the Groves area because it?s close to the tolls?  But Varenna isn?t having that difficulty in selling and they are right next to the tolls AND Varenna have 3500 sq ft lots.  Agent says that house is hard to sell because of the T intersection more than the small lot.

    Reserving clubhouse requires additional insurance

    That is actually a lot given that the clubhouse rental is $300. So are places like cypress and northwood, that don't require insurance because they are open to the public?  I recall they only asked for clubhouse rental fee and security deposit only.

    Most lenders shouldn't have a prepayment penalty.  Yeah, you don't want to pay a fee to automatically schedule payments especially when you can easily schedule it yourself through your own bank for free.

    Has anyone found a place to salvage the ugly standard mirrors in the bathrooms?  I am looking to see if there is a contractor that comes out, measures and creates frames so you can keep your existing mirrors and add a nice frame.  Or is the only way to rip and replace?

    Plan two had the weird step down area but for some reason we liked it.  That's the one with the elevator.  Awesome covered patio upstairs. Hate the zero lot though.  I wonder if that will deter sales?
