Anyone have any updates on what they plan on doing with these developments? Everytime I drive by and see what a colossal waste of money that project was, I shake my head and am glad I wasn't a part of the Nexus company.

Just an update, I was able to lock today for a 4.625% with 0 points. Total closing costs around $2500, which I'll be rolling into the loan. Pretty happy with the locked rate though, which is 1.125% lower than my current rate.

IR2's a good guy. I can vouch for his patience. He lets me play on his softball team even though I make about 3 bad plays a night and is nearly an automatic out at the plate. Think most people would have sent me to the showers by now =)

It's definitely hard to see in the pictures. However it looks like they have spent a pretty penny upgrading the unit. I don't agree on their choice of paint color though.

I too, think that was a nice gesture. All these heated exchanges are only spurned out due to the mutual respect for IR and company. I think IHB is a unique place that has connected many egos and personalities and has inevitably brought the passion that comes with it.

The guy who ran the red light was 22 years old, was driving under the influence, and fled the scene after causing the crash. So now he's charged with DUI, manslaughter, and felony hit and run. And he deserves every one of those charges. Sad to hear about any deaths related to DUI...
