Yes Phase 1 through 7 is sold and phase 8 is coming on the market very soon. Price increases every phase. The phase 1 driveway homes are complete and they look fantastic in person!

Hi Irvine, phase 6 was released a week or two ago and is all sold. Apparently it all sold in one day? Phase 7 has already been released. I think prices were up another 4k again.

IrvineCommuter, That price you are comparing is for a phase 5 petaluma which includes the 40k premium for a bigger lot size and private SFR style driveway. :) There are other factors as well.

Tabby, Tthe base price for a plan 1 Terazza looks to be 861k. The base price for a plan 1 Petaluma is around 762k. You're looking at a 100k difference, correct me if I'm wrong :)

Yes as tabby said those are attached. if anything this illustrates that prices are on par with EW. Some would argue the benefits of EW over SG as well.
