    From what i've seen, sales are at least the same if not increasing at a faster sale rate. No sign of slowing down and prices increase each phase

    Who knows what will happen in the future, but I do know Petaluma is still selling like hotcakes despite it being the winter slow season, with price increases every phase. It's selling faster than I even thought before.

    In my old community, the HOA requires you to move the car after 72 hours. They usually just give warning tickets that do little to dissuade people from leaving their cars for longer than 72 hours. Anyways, that's plenty of time for daily use!
