    I think if I were in the market now, I'd try to find any place with a driveway. Petaluma and Marin had a few spots with driveways that were under 1 mil. Any spot like that I would snatch up. There may be a few out there still.

    I also like that EW is a smaller community, has no rental apartment complexes, and it's a little more convenient to pop over to the culver plaza or tustin market place while still being close to WTC.

    Agreed. You'll probably end up spending more on upgrades after the closing price though. Backyard and window treatments are needed at the very least.

    I forget the exact #s but I think it's around phase 23 out of 40 and the base price for a plan 1 is around 825ish.
