I have to agree with Irvine Wanna Be. I have lived in high rises in Chicago and for Chicago- high rises are great. There are places to walk to, etc, but here in Irvine? I think the concept here is silly, jmho.

When I saw the house it was empty and then saw the listing as "Sold" on that website, so I assumed it sold. Thanks for looking this up!

I have been a Rose Trellis watcher as well. I believe 34 Rose Trellis was on sale for quite a while and finally sold. However, i don't have access to the sales price. Anyone know what it finally sold for?
