Thanks Eva! But I unfortunately disagree with alot of these adjustments. Just the gasses from the batteries (Electric and Hybrid) put most of the "green" cars FAR out green (Even sealed batteries). Unfortunately they aren't looking for any of the other emissions, only those from the smog...
