The 'smell' you likely smell in the area is from the actual construction that is happening on the site (or perhaps the natural habitat and the open space).

Being an OH3 resident, I received this GIS map from the property management group.  Perhaps the plans have changed, but I've always been under the impression that 18019 was a Terra Extension (as depicted below) and 18016 was Ravello.
