I think I have a new way to tell an "amusing property" find. Check the percentage of the listing pictures that aren't actually of the property. This one comes in at a whopping 61.5%! Anything over 50% has got to be a winner.

Get rid of "smite", the issues are starting to blow up in various places. Someone is going to get their feelings hurt or worse. I see it coming and coming fast, it's just not a good thing.

It truly is for feng shui reasons. Most of are not really "practical" in terms of the nuts and bolts of how a house works, they are mostly based on emotion and harmony. For those reasons alone, it makes sense not to be crapping over your kitchen.
