Thanks for the listing IPO - I did notice that listing... but here is the deal. That Roosmore model is (1) not new (2) about 110K more than the new Villa Rosa model 2, and (3) about 200 sq feet smaller!... although I do like the fact that it is in Woodbury. Does landscaping really make it worth...
