Can anyone recommend a good hardwood floor installer?  We just bought a new IP home and thought we would just have the builder do flooring, but starting to reconsider.  I know the floor I want so I could order it separately, but need confidence in hiring the right people to install.  Thanks!

It was in a report titled "Draft Initial Study and Mitigated Negative Declaration for planning area 5B elementary school" dated Feb 2015.  It's a long report but look for section 2.2 where it briefly discusses the development. I hope I'm wrong, but that's what it seems to be saying.

I just read that the school will be built first, and residential occupation won't begin until September 2017.  If that's really true, I won't be waiting around to buy there.

Progress appears to be slow.  Is this an estimate or was this announced somewhere?

In homes such as these, does anyone know the size of the 2-car garage?  Are they any better than 20'x20'?

Thank you all for providing great information on this site.  I've been following some of these threads for a while, and they are both informative and amusing. I just closed on my condo that I lived at for over 12 years, in Northwood.  Renting while I wait to see what my next step will be.  Love...
