Met the owner of 41 Stowe. Real nice guy with small children. Apparently he bought it from the investor that scooped it up at the foreclosure auction. I can't remember what it went for at the auction, but I think it was below $1.05M.
I happened to be in the area near 55 Duet. The seller is having an 'estate sale' - basically selling alot of her furniture. She mentioned that she put in over $100k in upgrades. I have to admit that her floors and her counters were very nice.
As soon as September rolled around, we saw a dramatic decrease in sales. Not sure if its because the kiddies are back in school, or this horrible economy. That's why we're introducing new products and experimenting with different marketing activities.
