I agree to an extent.  All 4 homes are up in price, including Stafford, if you pick a home that has not started construction.  Right now, I don't think there are any more releases in 2015 for the 3 Stan Pac communities.  They will release more lots begining in 2016.  Not sure about Huntley as...

Low $200 is what I was told.  They think around $210- $220.

The fact that people are still talking about Greenwood gives you part of the answer.  Bottom line is that people will buy if the price is right. Beacon Park = price is not right Greenwood = price is right Not a difficult thing to grasp and understand.

What home did you decide on?

I just read through the Greenwood disclosure document.  It has nothing about having plants in planters. Is tap water safe to drink?  Do we live in a 3rd world country?

Huntley is over $1M Crawford is $1.2M - $1.3M Stafford is $1.3M - $1.4M

All homes in Greenwood are up in price and all 4 divisions are selling very well.  Even the Huntley homes backing to Jamboree are sold with the exception of 1-2 homes out of 15.

There will be another homesite in front of Greenwood and across the street from the park.  There are a ton of trucks there geeting the land graded.  Not sure about the timeline, but it will be at least a year until they make any sort of recognizable progress I'm sure.

I'm just happy that we will have a grocery store close by.  The only problem i saw is that the anticipated completion date is 3-5 years for the entire shopping center.  That's insanely slow!  Here's to hoping the Stater Bros. is one of the first built and has its gran opening sometime in 2016!

Perfect!  I'm really glad now that these projects will be moving along.  Greenwood will be picking up in sales for 2016 phases.  Glad I locked in early before they spike the prices.
