I've said it before and I'll say it again. I can't wait to pull this thread back up in a few years once Legacy has taken shape.  Then we will see who the fools really are.

    Hidden Canyon in Irvine

What's with all the wood everywhere?  There's wooden beams on the ceiling of every room.  Definitely not my style, but the exterior, community and lot size are!

Greenwood is really starting to take shape.  I like how the community is looking and I think it will be really nice once completed and all houses are finished. Does anyone know what is going in front of Greenwood?  I know houses, but was wondering if anyone had any specific info.  They have...

I believe it is a typo.  I think it is meant to say "epoxy floor".  It's that stuff you buy at Hope Depot and throw a bunch of colored pieces of plastic on to make the garage floor a little more appealing.

Doesn't hurt to try. So Cal Edison is a small fish compared to USPS.  That's all I am saying.

The builder doesn't have any control over the USPS.  Don't waste your time.

Nope, I get a different answer every time.  It is annoying, especially going in and having them complain about how far in the back of the building all of the Greenwood mail is being held and blah, blah, blah.  Not my problem.  Deliver our mail and you won't have to do it anymore!

You get the internet speed that works for you.  How can it be hands down superior?  We have 24 mbps, and it works just fine for me and is cheaper than Cox for the same speed.

Who cares.  Cable TV and internet, regardless of provider (Comcast, Cox, etc.), are all terrible and overpriced.

Your only option right now is Uverse and DirecTV.  Cox will not be able to service Greenwood for a long time.  Plus, Cox sucks and I am happy that I no longer have to deal with them.

Agree with this.  We had the surround sound speaker system installed, and one of the speakers is not working.  We have a work order in, but are still waiting.

We also closed in December.  The trips to USPS are annoying, but other than that, we are really enjoying it.  Right now, it feels very empty since not a lot of people have moved in, but I think it will be a great community once more people begin to close.

Save now, pay later.  You can never avoid the tax.  Uncle Sam always gets his due.

That's how I read it.  The last few sentences state: "While construction takes place, West said the city will make plans for how to use the land once the reserve center relocates. Options include expanding The District or building a stand-alone project at the site."

Does it really matter what the price was?  I wouldn't buy one of those homes backing to Jamboree even if it were $500,000.
